A treasure can hide another one. Treasure hunt, cartoon, augmented reality, monuments history, tours and major events or postcard, the Angoul me s tourist office realized an application at the high of his reputation as the capital of the Image (Comics International Festival, Francophone Film Festival, The Walls Circuit...) and of the Creation (important center of the image with more than 150 companies). A must have to stay in Angouleme and discover more than 170 treasures of the Grand Angoul me. The application will seduce families as well as couples or lovers of heritage. Comic book writer, illustrators, animators, production companies (video, audio and sound effects), Via Patrimoine association for the historic content, the tourist office; a team of 15 people worked on this application for an optimized pleasure. Objective: To introduce you Angoul me in an interactive and funny way. Mind the risk of addiction for children and of run for parents, the excitement wins during the Treasure Hunt and the use of Augmented Reality!!! The functions of the application: 1. Treasure Hunt: 8 puzzles are offered by our little ghost Angoumi , each correct answer unlocks the next riddle, with a reward at the end of treasure hunt. 2. Tours: Several themes are available, you start the tour anywhere, Augmented reality allows you to locate in the city. 3. Quiz: Become "Ambassador of Angouleme" in responding to the questions of the Quiz. 4. Postcard: You can send from your phone a real postcard that your friends will receive them by post mail. 5. Free ride: Monuments reveal their history during your walk through the "push". No research, your phone alerts you about monuments and places nearby and reveals their histories and anecdotes. You will can: - Explore the sites missing or their past appearance, - See the different presentations of monuments and sites (comics, exterior and interior photos, models), - Watch videos about places, - Share your impressions on Facebook and Twitter, - Customize the application with your own photos, - Geolocate monuments and sites on interactive map. 6. Augmented Reality: Remarkable sites and departures of tours appear around you in camera mode and allow you to go to monuments and sites. An application funded and offered by Interreg for the promotion of the heritage in the context of the European project Imagina Atlantica including the Grand Angoul me as a pilot.
